Tickets may be exchanged or converted to a tax-deductible donation up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance. Please contact the Ticketing Office by calling 336.333.7450 x221 or emailing ticketing@easternmusicfestival.org if you need to exchange or convert your tickets.

The Eastern Music Festival Ticketing Office is available via phone or email Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. In-person sales begin one hour prior to each concert at the event venue.
The house will open for seating 30 minutes prior to the performance. Late seating is between pieces and at the discretion of House Management.
Please note that we have moved to a digital playbill this season. A link to the playbill will be provided in your event reminder, on the Eastern Music Festival website, and by QR code at the performance venue. We thank you for your support and understanding as we transition to this more sustainable playbill practice.
